Yes. Private oches are sold on a minimum spend rather than per person, so smaller groups can book — the minimum spend still applies.
Race-week bookings are non-refundable. Transfers may be possible subject to availability — contact the venue as early as you can.

No. This is a hospitality and viewing experience at Flight Club Las Vegas. It is not an official race ticket and does not include grandstand or circuit admission.
