Private event inquiries submitted through the Site are considered preliminary requests and do not guarantee availability, pricing, or packages. Confirmed events require a signed agreement and, where applicable, a deposit. We reserve the right to modify or decline any inquiry at our discretion.
Certain reservations or events may require deposits, non-refundable fees, room or table minimums, or be subject to cancellation penalties, damage fees, or service charges. These terms will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

Flight Club gift cards are issued and processed through authorized third-party gift card providers and are subject to the following terms:
Non-Refundable
Gift cards are not refundable, except where required by law.
No Cash Value
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used for gratuity unless permitted at the venue.
Lost or Stolen Cards
Flight Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Replacement may be considered only with proof of purchase and verification of the remaining balance.
No Expiration
Gift cards do not expire except where permitted or required by law.
Promotional Cards
Promotional gift cards may have expiration dates, restrictions, or no cash value and may not be resold.
System Availability
Gift card services may experience outages or technical issues. Flight Club is not responsible for service interruptions or system errors.
